These terms apply when you book or purchase design, website, app creation, branding, or other creative services from Vibe Studio. Your project quote or written agreement will describe the specific work, deliverables, price, and schedule. If it conflicts with these general terms, the project agreement will govern that project, subject to applicable law.
A booking is confirmed when we accept your request in writing, you accept the project quote or agreement, and we receive your 50% deposit. A request sent through our website does not, by itself, guarantee availability or a particular delivery date.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the project requirements change, we will explain any resulting change to the price or schedule and obtain your approval before doing additional paid work.
A 50% deposit of the quoted project total is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before completed work is handed over, including final files, website or app handover, and any agreed transfer of access.
Your quote or agreement will state the total price, currency, applicable taxes, and payment due dates. Any additional work or charges require your approval before we proceed.
If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work after notifying you. Pausing work may change the delivery date.
You agree to provide the content, feedback, approvals, and access reasonably needed to complete your project. You confirm that you have permission to provide us with any text, images, logos, or other materials you submit for use in the work.
If materials or feedback arrive late, we will discuss a revised schedule with you.
Each project includes up to three revision rounds within the agreed project scope, unless your project quote or written agreement states otherwise.
A revision round is one consolidated set of requested changes to a draft. Please review drafts carefully and submit your feedback together where practical.
A new direction, additional page, new feature, or other work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote. Additional revision rounds may also involve an extra charge. We will obtain your approval before beginning additional paid work.
We will provide drafts or previews for review using the agreed method. You have 15 calendar days from receiving a draft or deliverable to report issues, request included revisions, or provide approval.
If you need more time, contact us before the review period ends so we can agree on an extension. If we do not receive feedback, we may pause the project and discuss a revised schedule when you respond. Silence does not automatically count as approval.
Final handover takes place after your approval and receipt of the remaining payment. Once you approve a final design, website, or app for release, later changes may be treated as new work and require a new quote. This review period does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
You retain ownership of the original materials you provide to us. Once you have paid in full, you may use the final deliverables for the purposes described in your project agreement.
Unless your project agreement says otherwise, Vibe Studio retains ownership of unused concepts, working files, methods, and tools created during the project. Third-party items, including fonts, stock images, software, plugins, and templates, remain subject to their own licences. We will identify any third-party item that requires you to obtain or maintain a separate licence.
Portfolio permission: We may display completed, publicly released work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. This permission does not include confidential information, account credentials, or unpublished customer materials.
If your project includes a website or app, your agreement will specify what we will build, launch, and maintain. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support are included only where expressly stated in your agreement.
Domain registration, hosting, email, paid software, app store fees, and third-party service fees are your responsibility unless your agreement expressly includes them.
Third-party platforms can change their prices, features, and availability. We will tell you about third-party services we propose to use, but we do not control those providers.

If you cancel, we will provide an accounting of work completed and any approved, non-recoverable third-party costs. Payments already received, including your deposit, will be applied toward those amounts. Any refund or balance owing will be determined under your project agreement and applicable consumer protection law. Charges for completed work will not exceed the agreed project price plus any additional charges you approved.
If we need to cancel a project, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for work that we have not completed, subject to applicable law and your project agreement.
Nothing in these terms removes a cancellation or refund right provided by applicable law.
We will perform our services with reasonable care. You are responsible for reviewing and approving factual claims, prices, contact details, legal text, and other business information before publication.
We cannot promise a particular level of sales, traffic, search ranking, downloads, or business results from a design, website, or app.
We use the contact and project information you provide to respond to inquiries, deliver services, manage payments, and communicate about your project.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. We will ask for any consent required before sending optional marketing messages.
We may update these terms for future bookings. The version provided or made available when you enter a project agreement will apply to that project unless we both agree to a change.
